Senior Java Developer

Project  Description:

End to end implementation of customer projects, including UI, SQL data model and business
logic implementation for customers across the world
Development of interfaces with external systems (web services, other technologies)

Qualifications (what is expected):

• 5+ years of experience in developing object-oriented applications in a Java/J2EE
web technology.
• Experience in developing enterprise applications using Java technologies.
• 
Experience working with Oracle, DB2, MSSQL (all or one of them) – Must
• EJB, SQL, Hibernate – Must
• 
Experience with application server: WebLogic / WebSphere / JBoss – advantage
• 
IDE: Intelli j Idea / eclipse – Advantage
• Knowledge of the following technology: Spring MVC, Spring JDBC, JUnit, Jquery,
XML, HTML5
• 
Relevant degree from a reputable university
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Excellent English skills (reading, writing, speaking)
• 
Self-motivated with strong analytical and debugging skill
• Ability to work under pressure


Added Advantages:

• 
Domain experience in the Insurance Industry or Banking desired, preferably in the Property and
Casualty, Homes Owners, Personal Auto etc.
• 
Experience working with enterprise application architecture frameworks
• Experience in full software development lifecycle SDLC using Agile methodologies such as Scrum
