Senior Ruby on Rails Developer

Project  Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with end customers to tailor core insurance products, ensuring a seamless user experience. You will be an integral part of the customer’s team, creating a robust UI using Ruby on Rails.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to customize insurance products
• Develop and maintain a user interface using Ruby on Rails
• Participate in an agile development process with daily stand-ups and regular reviews
• Ensure high-quality code and best practices are followed

Qualifications (what is expected):

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Ruby on Rails development
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong proficiency in React and JavaScript
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Technical stack:

• Expertise in Ruby on Rails
• Proficient in React and JavaScript

Other (nice to have):

• Familiarity with the German market
• Background in the finance sector
